Refund policy
- If you are not satisfied with a guide, you can have a full refund, including any sales tax, within 30 days of buying it.
- You do not need to give a reason.
- To ask for a refund, reply to your receipt email, email [email protected], or use our contact page. Tell us the email address you used to pay.
- We send the money back to the card you paid with within 5 business days of your request. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
- After a refund, the download links for that guide stop working and the guide is removed from your account.
- The bundle is refunded as a whole. We cannot refund one guide from a bundle.
- If a guide will not download or the file is faulty, tell us and we will send you a working copy, or a refund if you prefer, at any time.
- This policy is in addition to any rights you have under the consumer protection law of your province or territory.
